We feature the finest quality sausage and luncheon meats ever produced. Karl Geier started in the trade at the age of fourteen, earning his Degree of Master Sausage Making at the age of twenty two. For generations sausage making has been and continues to be part of our family tradition.
The highest quality is maintained in our modern U.S.D.A inspected sausage kitchen, using the right selection of beef, pork and veal and the true knowledgeof natural spices with these meats.
